Lloyds Corporate Brokers has completed the sale of a Sydney based highly successful, much sought-after importer and distributor of branded netting products for various sectors, including sports, agriculture, leisure and petcare across Australia, Asia Pacific and the USA.

This long-established, family-run business has an excellent range of top-quality products across varied and non-related industries, mitigating risks of seasonality and potential industry changes. It carries premier brands and is known as a trusted supplier, with longstanding agreements with key international suppliers built over decades of close collaboration.  It is a high performer with a loyal customer base.

The custom division is growing exponentially and has plenty of scope for growth.

The business has invested in a sophisticated in-house tech capability over the past decade, enabling it to move quickly with new products, photography, marketing and web design. Its large online presence has resulted in rapid growth of direct to consumer sales in addition to its traditional B2B sales. The business has built a defensible market position in a niche industry sector and is highly profitable.

The sale follows a highly successful marketing campaign that resulted in about 50 qualified domestic and international inquiries, numerous site inspections from interested prospective buyers; and multiple qualified and formal offers on the table six weeks later.
